The software developer must have at least 5 years of experience in Computer Science or Computer Engineering software development with the following:
• Preferred skills in Java development (at least 5 years)
• Familiarity with Networking concepts, Internet Protocol over packet switched networks, routers, router configuration information, interior and exterior routing protocols
• Preferred experience in software development in this arena
• Experience with Linux/UNIX, PERL or Python, SQL and Database development
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle, application design concepts, and programming languages and concepts.
U.S. Citizenship required. Current TS/SCI with polygraph required.
